Use of the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes and to learn about our services. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

Our services

Any audit, recommendation or campaign work is provided on the basis of the information and account access available to us at the time. Advertising results depend on factors outside our control - auction dynamics, your budget, your offer and the market - so while we apply experience and proven method, we do not guarantee any specific ranking, cost, conversion rate or return.

Engagements

Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, term and cancellation. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls for that engagement.

Intellectual property

The content, branding and design of this site belong to RevoraLabs. Work we produce for a client is handled under the relevant engagement agreement.

Third-party platforms

Our services involve third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Google Analytics. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for changes they make to their products or policies.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RevoraLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
